A: We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (USA). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: No. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, Allission covers the cost of return shipping. We will provide a Free Pre-paid Return Label for all authorized returns.
Q: How long does the refund process take?
A: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
